What is Laminate Veneer (Lamina – Porcelain Veneer)?
What is Laminate Veneer (Lamina – Porcelain Veneer)?
Veneers are thin porcelain laminates applied to the front surface of teeth with minimal abrasion or sometimes without any abrasion at all. These thin porcelain laminates aesthetically correct irregularities in teeth caused by colour, shape and anomalies. The whiteness achieved with laminate veneers is permanent; factors that cause staining on natural teeth, such as smoking, tea and coffee, have no staining effect on laminate veneers.
The thickness of these thin porcelain veneers varies between 0.2 mm and 0.7 mm depending on the case. They are the thinnest and most aesthetic applications compared to other veneering methods used in dentistry. The bonding systems are different from other veneer bonding methods.

What is the treatment process for laminate veneers?
What is the treatment process for laminate veneers?
Firstly, after taking full facial and intraoral photographs of our patients during their initial consultation at our clinic, and if necessary, performing minimal abrasion on the front surfaces of the teeth where the laminates will be placed and taking measurements, we strive to achieve a smile that suits our patient's face by using the anatomical points in the facial photographs we have obtained as a reference. Of course, we can make changes according to our patients' wishes. Then, at the end of the one-week period, we show the teeth made to our patient who comes for the second session inside their mouth, obtain their approval, and proceed with the bonding process. During this process, if our patient has any requests, we can apply them by making adjustments to the teeth.

How should laminate veneers be cared for?
How should laminate veneers be cared for?
After laminate veneers are bonded, we always provide information to each patient on how to properly care for their teeth. This is because, regardless of the dental procedure performed, the longevity of the work depends on the care provided afterwards. No additional oral care procedures are required for the maintenance of laminate veneers. Brushing twice a day (for at least 2 minutes, covering all surfaces of the teeth) using a circular motion and flossing before bedtime is sufficient.

What is a Non-Prep Laminate Veneer?
What is a Non-Prep Laminate Veneer?
Nowadays, many people are afraid that cutting and grinding their teeth will cause irreversible damage. For such individuals, Non-Prep veneers are applied over their own teeth without any cutting or grinding. The tooth structure and arch form must be suitable for non-prep laminates to be made.

What is the All-on-4 system?
All on X
All-on-4 or all-on-x is a treatment method that involves replacing all missing teeth in a jaw using four or more implants. It is used in patients with insufficient bone volume in the back regions of the jaws and in certain special cases.
With this treatment procedure, patients can have their prostheses fitted on the same day.
